This video is about an original outdoorsmen dish that I called – a Vertical Shish Kabob. It is essentially a potato spiral with a hot dog inside. I cook different variations of the Vertical Shish Kabob dish in the video.I have baked spiral-potato-skewers on a traditional grill with great results but it was never quite as delicious as the Spiral Potato Shish Kabob cooked in the vertical grill (a modified Swedish torch).
